大根下ろし5cm分くらい・醤油・酒・砂糖其々大さじ1.5用意。
豚肉、くし形カットのタマネギ炒める。
タマネギしなってきたら下ろし入れる。
煮立ったらポン酢注入、一混ぜして終了。
盛る。
ネギ盛る・七味振るetc.
